1. What data we collect

PriceProfit Dynamic Pricing collects only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Shopify store domain and access token (for API access)
• Product data (title, price, variant ID) from your Shopify catalog
• Competitor URLs you manually enter
• Scraped price data from competitor pages (public web pages only)

We do not collect any customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, or payment information).

2. How we use your data

• To sync your Shopify products and display them in the app dashboard
• To scrape competitor prices from URLs you provide and show price comparisons
• To apply pricing rules and update your Shopify product prices via the Shopify API

3. Data storage

Your store data is stored in a secured MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas (cloud). Data is retained as long as the app is installed on your store. All data is deleted immediately upon app uninstallation.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is only used to provide the app's core functionality.

5. GDPR / CCPA compliance

This app does not store any customer personal data. Merchant store data (products and prices) is processed solely to deliver the repricing service. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us.
